Misty is a paralegal working in the areas of estate planning, tax planning, probate, and trust litigation. She graduated from East Rankin Academy and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Southern Mississippi. Misty earned a Certified Paralegal certificate from NALA and an Advanced Paralegal Certification in trial practice.
Her paralegal experience is varied and includes work in estate and probate matters, eminent domain, and many areas of litigation, including personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance bad faith, business litigation, and healthcare law.
