PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

• Advise clients regarding and implement sophisticated estate and trust plans including drafting of wills, irrevocable and revocable trust agreements, prenuptial agreements, and documents facilitating charitable and non-charitable gifting.

• Draft business planning documents including, but not limited to, operating agreements, bylaws, partnership agreements, buy-sell agreements, dissolution and distribution agreements, plans of merger/liquidation, and applications for federal tax-exempt status.

• Represent executors and administrators in administration of testate and intestate estates.

• Advise trustees in administration of fiduciary duties. 

• Advise and negotiate on behalf of taxpayers concerning federal tax audits and assessments.  

• Prepare federal estate and gift tax returns.
