Henry N. Dick, III
Henry is a shareholder of Barnes, Bailey, Janoush & Dick, P.A. where he focuses on the firm’s estate and business planning, trusts, estate administration, like-kind exchanges, business formations, and mergers and acquisitions.
Henry has a broad-based tax practice. As an estate planner, Henry has assisted thousands of clients in planning the orderly transfer of their assets. Henry also has advised hundreds of companies in connection with the tax consequences arising from a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divisive reorganizations and liquidations.
Henry was born and raised in Biloxi, Mississippi. He obtained his accounting degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1992. From there, Henry attended law school at the University of Mississippi where he graduated in 1995. Prior to being admitted to practice law in 1996, Henry attended the University of Florida College of Law where he obtained an LL. M. in Taxation.
