Mandy’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, real estate, commercial transactions, and commercial lending. She represents sellers across the country in M&A transactions and has spent more than two decades on the seller’s side of these deals. A substantial part of that practice involves the sale of insurance agencies and security monitoring businesses. Her representation runs from the letter of intent through diligence, purchase agreement negotiation, and closing, and she brings a detail-oriented approach to each stage, with a consistent focus on protecting her clients’ interests as the transaction takes shape.
She frequently represents lenders, buyers, and sellers in all aspects of commercial lending and real estate transactions, from acquisitions and dispositions to financing and secured lending, and she counsels closely held businesses on governance, ownership agreements, and the transactional questions that come with growth. She is authorized as a title agent for multiple underwriters and regularly serves as title agent and closing attorney in commercial real estate transactions.
