Will’s practice focuses on estate and trust planning, business planning, mergers and acquisitions, civil tax controversy and litigation, criminal tax defense, and estate and trust litigation. He represents clients in audits and administrative hearings before the IRS and the Mississippi Department of Revenue Board of Review, and in federal tax litigation before the United States Tax Court. He advises clients on business entity selection and formation, including tax-exempt organizations, and drafts trusts, wills, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents.
